2015 Nissan Quest

There are no too many changes on the 2015 Nissan Quest. For the record, are higher mileage, new transmission system and audio system, while safety is still below par with other minivans. New Moving object detection feature is a highlight of this model and will be included in Platinum trim. It gives 360-degree view around the vehicle and warns on big moving objects.

The only powertrain under the hood of the 2015 Nissan Quest is 3.5-l V6 unit. This engine is good for delivering 260 hp and 240 lb-ft of torque. That power is being sent through continuously variable transmission (CVT). Estimated fuel economy has been improved, and now it is around 22 mpg combined. This is great result for minivan segment. Especially good is 27 mpg for highway drive. Maximum towing for 2015 Quest is 3500 pounds, which also makes it one of the top vehicles in its class. Whoever thinks this is not good, there is an upgrade Class trailer package for new 2015 Quest. All-wheel drive is not available for this year’s minivan, but stability control function is improved.

Base models of the 2015 Nissan Quest come as S models, and these are packed with 16-inch steel wheels, keyless entry, six-way manually adjustable front seats and telescoping steering wheel. There is also system called Easy fill tire alert, which alarms the driver when the pressure in tires are low. Audio system is consisted of four speakers. Higher trims gets alloy wheels and fog lights outside and inside there are automatic climate control and rearview camera. Audio system is boosted with more speakers and satellite radio. Color display is also included. Instead of previous LE edition of Nissan Quest, we have now Platinum model to top the class. Finally it is packed with 13-speaker audio system, driver memory functions, navigation and bigger, 11-inch display. It also gets Moving object detection system.

There are total four trim levels of 2015 Nissan Quest. Entry level is S model with elemental equipment. It costs $26.500. Next trim is Nissan Quest SV with price around $30.000. The SL model comes with more equipment and features, so its price is closer to $35.000, while $40.000 is a tag set for highest level Platinum model.
