The current 370Z has been around since 2009, which is a pretty long time in such a competitive segment. The new engine has a displacement of 3.0 liters, but far better efficiency. Add to this a turbocharger and you get 400 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque in the base variant.
Compared to the current base model, this is almost 70 more horsepower. Of course, expect to see Nismo version as well. This hi-performance model will get a big power boost, so the max output should raise all away up to 475 horsepower, which sounds really impressive. Besides new engine, the 2019 Nissan 400Z will get a new, very advanced AWD system, which will provide perfect handling of this huge amount of power.

It is hard to tell something more specific at the moment when it comes to 2019 Nissan 400Z release date. Most likely, the new generation will come as a concept first, with the premiere in Tokyo this fall. On the other side, serial production probably won’t start before next year.
