The all-new 2023 Nissan Note e-Power is going on sale in Japan this December. From now on, the Note model will run on e-Power technology, exclusively. Interestingly, Nissan Note is the brand’s best-selling model in Japan. Clearly, the Japanese manufacturer is ready to deliver new things and make the Note model even better.
Not so long ago, Nissan introduced the Kicks e-Power model in Japan and some other countries in Asia. This technology will soon spread across Europe and China as well. Numerous changes and upgrades are on the way, so here’s everything you need to know.
Exterior Upgrades and Colors
The upcoming 2023 Nissan Note e-Power will wear the company’s new design language. It is the “Timeless Japanese Futurism” design, Nissan’s new approach that should deliver more modern vehicles with a futuristic design. However, some things will remain, such as the iconic V-Motion grille. New and slimmer headlights are on the way, so the front fascia will look different in the future. The side profile will gain new and sharper lines, so the vehicle’s design will be more dynamic.
This small car will ride on 16-inch aluminum wheels. These rims are sporting the “sword blade” design so expect a more agile-looking Note in the future. Lastly, Nissan will deliver up to 13 different exterior colors, including a two-tone color scheme as an option. Opera Mauve and Vivid Blue should represent the most popular color options.
Interior Updates
The 2024 Nissan Note e-Power will also introduce a more modern interior. The goal is to remove as many as possible physical buttons, so the cabin will look very futuristic. The center console will be upgraded, providing easier access to the electronic shift lever. Nissan will continue to provide Zero Gravity seats as standard and the new Note will reportedly provide slightly more headroom.
While this is a small vehicle, the trunk is surprisingly spacious. The carmaker plans to introduce additional safety aids and more standard equipment. The display will grow in size and new infotainment is also on the way. Note comes with digital gauge displays, wireless charging, and a couple of new high-tech features.
Engine Specs
The forthcoming 2023 Nissan Note e-Power will represent a new chapter in Note’s long history. With a new platform and new design, Note will look more modern, but it will also provide better performance. Nissan’s e-Power technology is not new, but this will be the system’s second generation, so everything will jump to a whole new level.
It is an all-electric powertrain, with more power and better ride quality. While we are waiting for official engine specs, Nissan will provide a standard all-wheel-drive setup. No doubt, a dual-motor setup will do wonders for the Note model in years to come.
2023 Nissan Note e-Power Price and Release Date
The price of the new 2023 Nissan Note e-Power will start at around $15,000. There will be three trim levels: S, F, and X. The sales will begin this December, with the AWD model arriving shortly after that. Official engine specs will be revealed in the following days, so stay tuned.
