Nissan’s impending 2023 Rogue Sport is in dire need of a comprehensive facelift. This model will now feature a more angular external appearance and a more modern interior. The Rogue Sport will be positioned between the smaller Kicks and the larger Rogue. In Europe, the tiny crossover is marketed as the Nissan Qashqai.
While we do not yet know so much about the 2023 Rogue Sport, we do know that it will include a hybrid drivetrain. Additionally, Nissan will offer both front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations. Naturally, the renovation will involve new exterior colors and other improvements. The sales will commence in 2022.
Nissan Rogue Sport Exterior
Nissan’s 2023 Rogue Sport will share stylistic cues with the European Qashqai. This model is currently undergoing a revamp, which will result in a substantially sharper appearance. We anticipate the addition of new 20-inch wheels, a revised front fascia, and new exterior paint colors. Everything about this crossover is elegant, particularly the front section, which features a distinctive V-Motion grille.
We don’t sure if the Rogue Sport will expand somewhat in size, but this is what most reports indicate. Additionally, we are anticipating the actual unveiling, since Nissan is ready to introduce a slew of visual changes.
The redesigned 2023 Nissan Rogue Sport’s interior will also receive several upgrades. As the Qashqai will feature a more elegant and sophisticated dashboard, the Rogue Sport will feature the same. Additionally, this crossover will receive a new flat-bottom steering wheel and an infotainment display resembling that of a tablet.
A 9-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster will be standard. This version replaces the previous generation’s standard 7-inch unit. The infotainment system has been updated, and we anticipate the addition of more luxury materials. For example, the Europe-market Qashqai’s range-topping trim level features quilted leather.
Specs, MPG, Transmission
Interestingly, markets worldwide will receive a hybrid Rogue Sport model. Regrettably, the 2023 Nissan Rogue Sport will only be available in the United States with a gasoline engine. It has a four-cylinder engine, which delivers a smooth ride and excellent fuel economy.
On the other hand, it is not as powerful as you may believe. Whatever the case, the Rogue Sport will deliver 142 horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque. Rogue Sport, on the other hand, gets 25 miles per gallon in the city and 32 miles per gallon on the highway. Nissan will only offer a CVT transmission.
2023 Nissan Rogue Sport Price, Release Date
We do not yet know the price of the 2023 Nissan Rogue Sport. However, numerous trustworthy sources indicate that the beginning price will be approximately $25,000. Three trim options will be available for this model. The top-of-the-line trim will cost more than $30,000. We are still waiting on Nissan to provide additional details. This contains the precise engine specifications, pricing information, and, of course, the launch date. The Rogue Sport crossover is almost certain to go on sale in late 2022. Kia Seltos, Honda HR-V, and Subaru Crosstrek are the primary opponents.
